Howard Cutler (President, CEO)
Howard (Owner, CEO, CFO, President of Ultimate Amusements, Inc. Variety Entertainment Company), Started just out of high school and then going to college and majoring in broadcasting and communication and eventually getting on the radio at college, Howard felt the urge to bring his voice and talent to Deejay and Emcee various parties, Mitzvah's, Weddings and Corporate Events.
In 1998, Howard started his company out of his parent's basement. Having at the time a Deejay set up, Karaoke system, computer and a business phone line. After a few months in business he had a company design a game show system to really put his voice to the test and host many events corporate and private. This really put him and the company on the map. Having several game show themes to choose from, Howard managed to travel up and down the East Coast and out West as far as Arizona.
A few years later, Howard decided to grow the company and get involved with carnival games and booths, video and arcade games, interactive attractions and even inflatable games such as Moonbounces and obstacle courses. Year after year, the inventory grew where Howard had to take the company out of his parent's garage and rent a storage area. The more business Ultimate Amusements received, the more equipment they needed to purchase.
Later after moving once again out of a storage facility, Ultimate Amusements signed a multi-year lease at an industrial warehouse with 9,000 square feet. Reaching goals year after year and wanting to expand even more, Ultimate Amusements purchased mechanical rides and virtual reality as well as casino tables and equipment and so much more.
Through 2 recessions, Howard kept the company in the black and even expanded into adjoining warehouses.
Almost 30 years later, Ultimate Amusements has grown into a Rockville, Maryland warehouse of over 10,000 square feet, and offices in Salisbury, Maryland, Houston, Texas and Cleveland, Ohio.
In 2017, Howard patented the idea of a complete turn-key system of a build-able Ultimate Mobile Escape Room©. These themes and rooms are 100 percent built on site, inside or outside and are about 10' x 20' in size and have air conditioning and heating with accommodations of up to 12 players per room. The games are based on up to a 20 minute escapes and within several minutes can reset and begin another game. Ultimate Amusements, Ultimate Mobile Escape Rooms© has over 4 themes to choose from. Our Detention and Davinci Code are the most popular themes.
Ultimate Amusements is a variety mobile entertainment company that is licensed, bonded, insured and travels from Maine to Florida and the Maryland Eastern Shore to the West Coast.

- Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Certified Safety Class II Inspector and is able to inspect any ride (inflatable, kiddie, mechanical, major) in the Commonwealth
- (DOT) Department of Transportation license

Melissa Cutler (CFO, Office Manager, Human Resources, Sales and Certified Travel Agent)
Melissa (Chief Financial Officer, Office Manager, Human Resources, Sales, Travel Agent and Accounting). Melissa and her experience can quickly work up a proposal or contract for you. With more than twenty years of experience and skills, Melissa's background also enables her to pay our Staff of over 70 people. Melissa also is a certified travel agent and can plan your next cruise with any of the named companies in the cruising industry. Melissa is a amazing person and a diamond in the rough.

James Cutler (Co-Vice President)
James, is the oldest of three brothers. Having played recreational basketball and high school Football and Baseball, James knows what team effort it. Jimmy started out helping his Father go on events to visit with client's and also helps out on setups and pickups from the parties; James has excelled in learning the trade and the organization as well as been certified with all mechanical rides and inflatable games. He started from the bottom as an employee learning from the senior staff and has grown from Supervisor and has earned the title of General Manager. His certifications has excelled his experience a great deal.

Zachary Cutler (Supervisor)
Zachary graduated Winston Churchill High School in Potomac, MD in 2022. He now is in his Sophomore year at American University studying as a Bio Chemistry and will intern this Summer at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, MD. He loves his job at Ultimate Amusements and is a quick learner. Zachary knows the ins and outs from the warehouse to the events and equipment. Zachary takes pride in his job and cares not only for the equipment but makes sure the client is very happy. He is still working casino events and company parties while studying and staying in college.

Brady Cutler (Co-Vice President)
Brady has started helping out his Father with the company at a very young age and for over 8 years has excelled in every aspect of the organization. His skills are second to none. Brady was born to do this. Even at a young age, he is trained on new rides and games as they come in to the warehouse and understands how they work and the intricacies. Brady is an exceptional worker and is detailed oriented at everything he does and very meticulous in making sure every event is set up precisely where it should be.

Marco Vasquez (General Manager)
Marco, a military veteran, has been working in operations since the age of 17, excelling at his chosen craft at every turn. Marco started off with an inventory background and quickly moved into day-to-day operation. Once Marco left the military, he found himself working operations for several large companies until he finally became the Director of Facilities for Strathmore Music Center handling all maintenance as well as the day-to-day operations for the campus. Marco has had a passion for cards and games since childhood and enjoys hosting games with friends and family. This passion along with his operational background make him a strong asset to the company and ensure events will be set up on time and to the exact needs of each client.
Managed several large scale events, qualified in managing many employees for events. Trains casino dealers in various casino games. In process of getting necessary certifications for mechanical rides.
